Automatic Renewal When you purchase a subscription from Little RuffRuff Sweet Treats, your order will automatically renew at the end of the initial subscription period unless you cancel. • Initial Term: Subscriptions are available in [monthly / quarterly / yearly] plans. • Renewal Term: At the end of your initial term, your subscription will automatically renew for the same length of time (e.g., monthly renews monthly). • Pricing: You will be charged the subscription price in effect at the time of renewal. Any promotional or introductory pricing applies only for the initial term unless otherwise stated. 2. Payment Authorization By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Little RuffRuff Sweet Treats to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the beginning of each renewal period until you cancel. 3. Renewal Notices For subscriptions with a term longer than two months, we will send you a renewal reminder notice (by email) before your subscription renews. This notice will include: • The upcoming renewal date • The renewal price • How to cancel before the renewal date 4. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time. • How to Cancel: You may cancel online through your account, by emailing us at littleruffruffsweettreats@gmail.com, or by calling 517-798-1247. • Effective Date of Cancellation: If you cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will end at the close of your current billing period. You will not be charged again. 5. Changes to Terms If we make any material changes to your subscription pricing or terms, we will notify you in advance. You will have the option to cancel before the changes take effect. 6. Voidability If we fail to provide the disclosures or cancellation options required under Michigan law, your subscription contract may be voidable at your election.
